Delivery:
We generally ship the orders within 24-48 hours and send you tracking by E-mail and whatsapp. Delivery is through registered couriers. We strive that product reaches you in 2-7 days maximum from placing the order. In some cases, there can be delay and we make it point to inform you about the same about any such delays.
Exchange / Return Policy
Products can only be exchanged/returned if they are in an unused/unwashed condition with all the tags and brand box/brand polybags, within 3 days from date of delivery.
Anything which is defective, damaged, significantly different or have missing parts, we can exchange your product. You can file the same on the website itself and entire process is online.

Store Credits - Most used method by our customers.
Bank Refund or any other mode (except Store Credits) - Non smart way to return products.
Process : File return on website, wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back to warehouse, we issue the store credits.
No amount is deducted from item / order value and the store credits will have 1 year validity. You can purchase any product using the same from our webstore.
Missing product: Claims related to missing products without a product opening video will not be processed.
Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellation requests beyond this timeframe as our orders are usually dispatched the same day.
