Delivery:
We generally ship the orders within 24-48 hours and send you tracking by E-mail and whatsapp. Delivery is through registered couriers. We strive that product reaches you in 2-7 days maximum from placing the order. In some cases, there can be delay and we make it point to inform you about the same about any such delays.
Exchange / Return Policy
Our products will be part of your home, that’s all we want. So, anything which is defective, damaged, significantly different or have missing parts, we can exchange your product. You can file the same on the website itself and entire process is online. So, shop without worrying.

Why do we charge - We have to bear 2 side shipping which is approximately 3 time of what we are charging.
Note : Refund for COD orders will be strictly through STORE CREDITS only.
Process : File return on website, wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back & QC is done, we issue the store credits.
No amount is deducted from item / order value and the store credits will have 1 year validity. You can purchase any product using the same from our webstore.
Return Window
Products can only be returned if they are in an unused/unwashed condition with all the tags and brand box/brand polybags, within 2 days from date of delivery.
