You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. You can also cancel the order through WhatsApp confirmation message. There are no cancellation charges.

If you placed your order online using a prepaid payment method, the refund will be credited to your original payment source within 5-7 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be provided as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Store credit is a type of coupon code issued as a refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are returned. The store credit
can be used to make purchases on future orders.You will receive the Store credit on your registered email id.

You may raise a complaint within 3 days from the date of delivery. We kindly request that you share clear images of the delivered product, including the outer packaging and product tags, for
verification.

For Returns:

1. The product will be picked up from your location.
2. Once the item is received and verified at our warehouse, the refund

For Exchanges:

1. The product will first be picked up from your location.
2. After the pickup is successfully completed, a new exchange order

3. The replacement product will be delivered as per our standard
   delivery timeline of 3–5 days.
