Wash white color and other colors separately. Do not use excess amount of detergent to avoid roughness and stiffness. Store clean, dry towels in well-ventilated space which is cool and dry .To keep them fluffy shaken them prior to folding. Avoid any discoloration and staining, avoid using products that claim to whiten, brighten or disinfect such as bleach. Avoid household cleaners or personal care products (e.g. skin care, toothpaste etc.) that contain benzoyl peroxide or alpha hydroxyl acids.. Wash your towels on a gentle cycle. Avoid using liquid fabric softener as it can reduce towel's absorbency.
